The History of Lindemix

Let us introduce you to Lindemix, a brand new concept by the Lindemans Brewery, based on our authentic Lambic beers. These aren’t just wonderfully delicious on their own, but are perfectly suited to make refreshing cocktails!

Mojito Kriek

Ingredients
1 oz Monin Mojito Mint syrup
1 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
2/3 oz Havana Club 3YO rum
4.25 oz Lindemans Kriek beer

Mix
1. Fill a Lindemans glass half-full with good quality ice and mix the first three ingredients with a cocktail spoon. This is the Mojito Base.
2. Top up with 4.25 oz Lindemans Kriek beer and stir briefly.
3. Fill the glass, if needed, with some more ice and mix this again for a little while. Garnish with a straw and a generous branch of mint that you activate first by grinding it (clapping or slapping).
4. This drink also combines perfectly well with other types of Rum or Latin-American spirits.

Framboise Delish

Ingredients
2/3 oz Monin White Chocolate Syrup
2/3 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
2/3 oz Havana Club Anejo rum
4.25 oz Lindemans Framboise beer

Mix
1. Fill a Lindemans glass half-full with good quality ice and mix the first three ingredients with a cocktail spoon.
2. Top up with 4.25 oz Lindemans Framboise beer and stir briefly.
3. Fill the glass, if needed, with some more ice and mix this again for a little while.
4. Garnish with a straw and a slice of lime or a raspberry. Other amber-coloured (barrel-aged) spirits are also a perfect match.

Apple Amaretto

Ingredients
1/3 oz Monin Orgeat syrup
1 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
2/3 oz Amaretto di Saronno
4.25 oz Lindemans Apple beer

Mix
1. Fill a Lindemans glass half-full with good quality ice and mix the first three ingredients with a cocktail spoon.
2. Top up with 4.25 oz Lindemans Apple beer and stir briefly.
3. Fill the glass, if needed, with some more ice and mix this again for a little while.
4. Garnish with a straw and one-sixth part of a lemon or a slice of apple.

Peche Julep

Ingredients
2/3 oz Monin Mojito Mint syrup
2/3 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
2/3 oz Jameson’s Whiskey
4.25 oz Lindemans Peche beer

Mix
1. Fill a Lindemans glass half-full with good quality ice and mix the first three ingredients with a cocktail spoon.
2. Top up with 4.25 oz Lindemans Pecheresse beer and stir again briefly.
3. Fill the glass, if needed, with some more ice.
4. Garnish with a straw and a generous branch of mint that you activate first by grinding it (clapping or slapping). This drink is also a perfect match with a Scotch, Rye or Bourbon.

Cassis Cooler

Ingredients
2/3 oz Monin Lavender syrup
2/3 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
4.25 oz Lindemans Cassis beer

Mix
1. Fill a Lindemans glass half-full with good quality ice and mix the first two ingredients with a cocktail spoon.
2. Top up with 4.25 oz Lindemans Cassis beer and stir briefly.
3. Fill the glass, if needed, with some more ice and mix this again for a little while.
4. Garnish with a straw and a slice of lemon, possibly some dried lavender flowers.

Belgian Mule

Ingredients
1.5 ounces Vodka
0.5 ounce fresh squeezed lime
1.5 ounces ginger beer
1.5 ounces Lindemans Framboise, Kriek, Cassis, Peche or Pomme

Mix
Combine all ingredients into chilled mug filled with ice and serve.

Careless Whisper

Ingredients
2 oz Lindemans Strawberry Lambic
2 oz bourbon
1 oz lemon juice
3/4 oz St. Germain
1/4 oz simple syrup

Mix
1. Combine all ingredients except Lindemans Strawberry in a cocktail shaker, add ice, and shake for about 10 seconds.
2. Strain into a coupe, cocktail, or martini glass.
3. Top with Lindemans Strawberry Lambic.
4. Garnish with a halved strawberry.

Chocolate-Covered Raspberry

Ingredients
18.7 oz Samuel Smith's Organic Chocolate Stout
2 oz Lindemans Framboise

Mix
Add 2 oz. Lindemans Framboise Raspberry lambic to a pint glass
Top off with Samuel Smith's Organic Chocolate Stout

 

Cupid's Arrow (Melt Bar & Grilled)

Ingredients
1.5 oz. Smirnoff Vanilla Vodka
1 oz. clear Crème de Cacao
0.5 oz. strawberry preserves

Mix
Fill shaker with ice and add the above ingredients, shake. Pour 2 oz. Lindemans Strawberry Lambic into the shaker. Drizzle the inside of a 12 oz. glass with chocolate syrup. Strain contents from the shaker into the glass and serve

Lindemans Seventy-Five

Ingredients
3 oz Lindemans Strawberry Lambic
2 oz London Dry Gin
1/2 oz lime juice
1/4 oz simple syrup

Mix
1. Build in a wineglass full of ice.
2. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.

 

Strawberry Spagliato

Ingredients
2 ounces Lindemans Strawberry Lambic
2 ounces Campari
2 ounces sweet vermouth

Mix
1. Build in a double old fashinoned glass full of ice.
2. Garnish with an orange zest.

Monsoon Lemonade

Ingredients
1.5 ounces Absolut Citron vodka
1/4 lemon
1 ounce Lindemans Framboise Raspberry lambic
7-Up to top off

Mix
1. Muddle Absolut Citron and lemon together in a shaker.
2. Add 1 ounce Lindemans Framboise lambic.
3. Pour into a highball glass over ice.
4. Top off with 7-Up.

Peach Crawler

Ingredients
2 oz. Old Forester Bourbon, 86 proof
1 oz. peach syrup
3 dashes of Fee Brothers Peach Bitters
4 oz. Lindemans Pêche Lambic

Mix
Build and serve on the rocks, in a double old fashioned glass.
