Pour 9 oz. of Du Bocq Blanche de Namur into a tall cooler or pint glass; add 2 oz. Lindemans Framboise Raspberry lambic and mix gently.
Float 1 oz. of Samuel Smith's Organic Chocolate Stout on top.
