White Grape

(Nicole Santarelli, Liberty Taproom, Exeter, PA)
Muddle several fresh grapes with about a tablespoon of simple syrup.
Add equal protions grape vodka and Lindmeans Cassis lambic.
Shake with ice, and strain into a martini glass. Add a splash of ginger ale and fresh-squeezed lemon juice.
