Samuel Smith Oatmeal Stout Mustard

1 cup whole grain mustard
2/3 cup Samuel Smith Oatmeal Stout
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 1/2 tsp cider vinegar
2 Tbsp malt extract

Add mustard to food processor or blender and blend for 3 min. Add remaining ingredients until blended and chill.
