Mango-Peach Habanero

(Nicole Santarelli, Liberty Taproom, Exeter, PA)
Give a martini glass a sugar rim.
Muddle a slice of habanero pepper with a sprig of mint and simple syrup.
Mix equal portions of Absolut vodka, Lindemans Peche lambic, and mango puree.
Shake with ice, strain into the martiniglass, and add a splash of Sprite.
