Loki's Lemonade

From Melt Bar & Grilled, Ohio

1 ounce Hendricks Gin
3 lemon wedges
0.5 ounce simple syrup
4 oz. Ayinger Brauweisse
1 lemon wedge garnish

1. In a 16 oz. pint glass, muddle simple syrup and lemon wedges.
2. Fill glass with ice.
3. Pour Hendricks Gin in & shake.
4. Top with ice and fill with Ayinger Brauweisse.
5. Tumble.
4. Garnish with lemon wedge.
